In conjunction with the exhibition CRAFTED: Objects in Flux, curated by Emily Zilber, Susie Ganch, associate professor and head, Metal Program, Department of Craft and Material Studies, School of the Arts at Virginia Commonwealth University will speak at the Museum of Fine Art Boston’s 2015 Farago Lecture.
Susie Ganch, award-winning sculptor, jeweler, collaborative artist, and co-founder of the Radical Jewelry Makeover Project, has cultivated an artistic practice that confronts the questions of mass production, consumerism, and retail ethics in our contemporary society.
