We are thrilled that many of our artists have exciting projects and exhibitions being presented at the International Jewelry Week in Munich. For the first time there will be a strong American presence including Lauren Kalman‘s work as part of the Art Jewelry Forum presentation at Gallery Platina and also at Platina, an exhibition curated by Ruta Reifen and Bella Neyman featuring American and Swedish designers. American art historian and writer Toni Greenbaum will present the main lecture at the Munich International Design Museum on Sunday March 15th. The presentation focuses on American Studio Jewelry from 1940 – 1970.
The Coolest Corner exhibition including Marta Mattsson and Julia Maria Kunnap comes to Munich after traveling globally (get the book Here), and Mallory Weston exhibits with Marta in Trophies / In the Reign of the Coyote.
