directions

From Boston, the NY Thruway and other points east and west: Take the Mass Pike west from Boston or east from the Thruway to Exit 2 in Lee. After the toll booth bear right onto Route 20 West. Follow 20 through Lee (note that 20 makes a right turn in Lee) for about 4 miles. Stay with Route 20 as Route 7 joins it at a traffic light. At the next traffic light (only a few hundred yards), take a left on to Walker Street (Route 183) up the hill into Lenox Village. At the monument in the middle of Lenox, bear right on Main Street for about 2 blocks; the gallery is on your right.

From Manhattan Take Henry Hudson Pkwy or Deegan Pkwy north to Saw Mill Parkway. Follow signs to Taconic Parkway North. Take Taconic Pkwy about 1 1/2 hours to exit marked “Hillsdale – Route 23 ”. Go right on Route 23 East and follow it for about 20 minutes into Great Barrington. In  Great Barrington turn left on Route 7 North and follow it through the villages of Great Barrington and then Stockbridge until it turns left at a traffic light to join Route 20 just before Lenox.  Then follow the directions in the second paragraph above.

From the North Follow Route 20 East or Route 7 South through Pittsfield, MA. As you approach Lenox the highway becomes divided with a grass median. Continue past a yellow blinker and a traffic light at Housatonic Street. At the next traffic light turn righton Walker Street (Route 183) and follow the directions in the second paragraph of From Boston… (above).
